A STRESS-FREE PROCESS
Construction projects of any size can be messy and inconvenient, which is why we have developed an organized process to minimize the inconvenience to our clients. Our goal is to make your project as stress-free as possible. From design through completion, we keep you involved so you can see the transformation of your project.
Step 1 – Initial Consultation
Our team member will meet you at your home for a FREE in-home design consultation to discuss the needs of your project, take measurements, review products and services, and determine a reasonable project scope and budget.
Step 2 – Preliminary Design
A second meeting will be held shortly thereafter to present preliminary designs and make any needed modifications. We want the best results for our clients. After completing the requested revisions and approving the drawings and estimate, we move to the contract portion of the project.
Step 3 – Contract
Once all designs are complete and the scope of work has been finalized, we present you with a detailed Construction Agreement. We will schedule a start date once the contract is signed and initial payment is received. The start date usually depends on your availability and the time it will take to receive the materials for your project.
Step 4 – Plans & Permits
Final drawings will be used to procure the building permit and start the construction process. We will apply for all permits and applications needed for the project.
Step 5 - Construction
From demolition to completion, our project manager will oversee the entire project to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. We will update you regularly on your project's progress.
Step 6 - Punch List
Your project is now close to completion. Our project manager will do a detailed walk-through with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with our work. Any open items that we need to complete or correct will be documented on a punch list. .
Step 7 - Completion & Warranty
Your project is complete once you are satisfied and sign the punch list. You will then receive our warranty services pamphlet.
Step 8 - Follow-up
The goal of Lifestyle Remodeling & Contracting is to leave you 100% satisfied with our work. Your project manager will follow up with you approximately 30 days after completion to ensure you are satisfied with your finished project.
